Warranty or Repair Claims:
As always, HTO, Ltd. is more than happy to assist in providing repair service under Lifetime Warranties; however, health laws require that all clothing and equipment be in clean condition. Clothing must be freshly laundered, boots must be clean, odor-free, and dry. Staff is not permitted to handle any items of questionable condition.

On items that are normally carried by HTO, Ltd. , we require that your order be paid in full at the time of placement. Should you change your mind or find that the item is not quite what you wanted, we will be happy to accept it back for full credit.
